The use of zero-footprint fuels produced with water and CO2 as the only raw materials
which can be used in any current vehicle without the need to change infrastructure,
should also be analysed.
R.15. Implant on board measurement systems

A challenge that must continue to be explored is the use of on-board metering equipment
that makes it possible to control the traction consumption of vehicles, always as an action
prior to the energy management of those consumptions (the system would be
complemented by sending the information to a measurement concentrator). This
equipment will also allow the operator to invoice based on a real measurement.
For the specific case of diesel traction vehicles, the installation of flowmeters and
automatic and optimal measurement of diesel consumption is also considered.
